I'm disappointed by the election results. It is so painfully obvious that people just pushed one button.
do you think it is fair to have a 'straight' party button when voting? Let us remember, it is the power of the two party system that voted to put such procedures in place.
I'd like to see a level playing field. Requiring other parties to get petition signatures above and beyond those required by the two parties is unreasonable at the very least.

Remove your cue card from your pocket that you obtained from the first lady of Brentwood, and recite the details of your opinion of the election. Is it negative against Bender, positive for Johnson or are you privy to some elaborate information that has been lost in time? Did us voters refus eto believe the propoganda retoric that the first lady (BIG DEMOCRAT) asked us to follow along with..... my poor brother, that evil Lieb and Haney, vote for my two Democratic choices and then vote for Repuplican Johnson because my husband really wants to control the seated council. We did what we needed, we allowed Wentzel, Boyko and Alias to take seats, we deserve to dupe you into Johnson so we can have the power.
I almost was duped myself after hearing Johnson's platform for the positive advancement of all Brentwoodians and how (blah blah blah), until my alarm sounded and I realized that..... well that was just a dream, Johnson never spoke about his plans, he boycotted Caribou and only knocked on 3 doors. Poor Johnson, he just did not get enough cue cards to convince the anti Dytko voters to allow him a chance to turn from wooden statue to a talking Pinochicio.
Come on Mrs. McCheese, its going to be OK, there's always another election in 25 months. I can tell you though, I will do everything in power to enpower Burger King or even Wendy before I allow anther 4 years of McCheese.

I haven't a clue as to what you're referring to. I live in Scott Twp. & pay attention to our local goings on. This past election, at my polling place, there were no poll workers. I read up on the candidates & I know who I'm going to vote for when I pull up to vote.
I'm sorry that your venting was wasted on someone who is not even involved in Brentwood. Name calling is always in poor taste, though. May I suggest that you better utilize your passion towards sharing your comments in a more dignified manner.
