The U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights ruled that Mt. Lebanon School District responded in a proper, timely manner to the sexually explicit "Top 25 in 2006" list, the Pittsburgh Trib [1] reports.

The office dismissed a complaint filed with the Office for Civil Rights and absolved the district of blame.
