Craig Smith from the Tribune-Review wrote: Teachers in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District announced Friday that they have reached a tentative contract with the district.
Teachers will vote on the proposal Aug. 22, said Rebecca Wolf, president of the Baldwin-Whitehall Education Association, which represents 317 teachers in the district.
Details of the agreement were not released.
The district's contract with the teachers expired last June, and teachers walked out for seven days in February.
Salaries and health care were the key issues, both sides have said. Average teacher pay in the district is $52,000.
