It finally happened! For many years, parents have asked Total Learning Centers to bring their programs to the South Hills. After 10 years serving the South Hills community, Karen Mackey, owner of Learning Resources, is retiring. As friends and colleagues, Drs. Carol and Joe Utay offered to adopt Learning Resources in Brentwood into the Total Learning Centers family. Our mission is the same for each TLC location - we prepare students today for success tomorrow by using expert evaluations then research-based remediation of underlying blocks to building vital skills.
