FRESH AIR HULA HOOP FITNESS CLASS Saturday June 14th 1pm.- 2pm.

Classes held outside WEATHER PERMITTING! Time 1pm.- 2pm. A great day for hooping outside! Nature is in full bloom and there are flowers popping up everywhere and the smell of Spring is in the air. What a perfect way, to pay homage to the wonders of our world by hooping outside. *If rainy &/or wet class will be cancelled & rescheduled for another day.

Class only $8 [Cash due day of Class]. If current or previous Spin on Fitness Student & you've purchased a Hoop from us, the class is FREE! Just bring your Hoop & a water!!! Hoops provided to all New Students! Hoops will also be available to purchase at the end of Class.

Warning: HOOPING IS ADDICTIVE!!! Hula Hoop Aerobics Class is a fitness class that primarily targets your middle. With circular trunk movements, it directly works abdominal muscles, hips and waistlines. It's a great ab workout! You'll learn cardio moves and how to dance with your Hoop! As a result, class participants gain both a cardio and strength workout. In fact, ten minutes of vigorous Hula Hooping can burn as many calories as running an eight-minute mile or high impact aerobic class. In addition, Hula Hooping promotes correct body alignment from the circular motions and proper posture in the upper body routines. Not to mention it's a whole lot of FUN!!!
