The Ballet Academy of Pittsburgh presents its second annual "Winter Classic" at the Upper St. Clair High School Auditorium, this year featuring the Kingdom of the Sweets from The Nutcracker, with brand-new choreography, costumes and scenery. Also, last year's audience favorite, Winter Medley, is sure to please, choreographed to several orchestrated holiday favorites such as Let It Snow, Silver Bells, and We Wish You A Merry Christmas. Lastly, and continuing with the holiday theme, the performance will also include a premiere by Ballet Academy of Pittsburgh faculty member Robert Steele, celebrating the joy and tradition of the holiday season. Tickets for the Winter Classic are $20 for adults, and $12 for seniors, students and children 12 and under.
