Gregory Diulus, 49, of Pleasant Hills, is suing Nu/Hart Hair Labs for using before-and-after photos of his hair replacement in commercials and on its Web site without his permission, the Pittsburgh Trib reports.

The clinic says Diulus consented by signing a release and posing for a photographer, and he planned to trade the photos for future services.
