I think that all of the Whitehall Council Members that improperly awarded contracts to their friends should do the right thing and step down. Whitehall residents should not stand for this. I hope the State files charges against them for fraud. I ask all of you to step down from your council seat. Now i understand that they want to appeal this ruling and waste more tax dollars (sounds like Brentwood). I dont know what party they are and dont care i just think that they should step down now.
This is all par for the course for Whitehall Council. We like to waste money in Whitehall. Does everyone so quickly forget we still have duplication of services in this community. Our tax dollars pay for Whitehall police dispatch, when Allegheny County 911 offers a much more high tech and reliable dispatch center FOR FREE! Whitehall is only one of a few communities that still has its own dispatch, every other community in Allegheny County with any sense has taken advantage of the FREE County resource.
Politicians are the same everywhere, thieves and crooks.
