Dear Your South Hills,
What happened to the blogs about the Brentwood Police Department Contract. It appears to me that you allowed Council President Jay Lieb to be bashed by "Sick and Tired" and as soon as "Sick and Tired" was exposed as a bitter little blogger and other bloggers began stating the facts of "binding arbitration" as a "labor board issued award" and that the "Mayor" was fighting a personal battle at the taxpayers expense....... the blog gets taken down. Is that how this site is operated ???

apparently that is the way it is victory, start bringing to light the whole truth and you get shut down, nothing that has been stated on here has been an exageration or A lie. It is simply the truth, and apparently the media has A problem with that!
I must be very naive. I thought that they may have had a website issue when I saw that recent blogs and comments had been lost. If it is censorship, it is unjustified. Political officials and/or candidates for public office are open to criticisms. That is simply part of the job. Why would southhills.com need to remove those comments and also the comments about the good and bad of merging police departments? I don't get it.

On December 7, 2007 the chairman for the "Allegheny County Democratic Committee" issued an official notice to "Susan Lockhart" - wife of Brentwood Borough Mayor "Ken Lockhart". This notice placed her on notice of her immediate removal from her seat on the "Democratic Committee" for supporting the Republican Brentwood Borough Council candidate "Charlie Johnson". This action was a violation of supporting a candidate in a general or special election against a Democratic endorsed candidate.
The question then....... why did Susan Lockhart committ such a clear violation of politics? What was her motives, how was her Mayoral husband involved ???? What was the hopes of pushing support for Charlie Johnson onto Brentwood Council..... I can't image that it was for any good honored intentions !!!!
Democrats in Brentwood remember this on election day and take the necessary actions to ensure party integrity.
Why is she the only person on the Brentwood Democratic Committee to be removed? There had to be other committee people involved in supporting the Republican candidate. I can't imagine that she acted alone. I am glad that someone filed a complaint with the Allegheny County Democratic Committee Chairman.

Democratic Committee member Susan Lockhart wrote a letter which was sent out to borough residents asking that they support Republican Charlie Johnson. This letter was not composed by or backed by the Democratic Committee. This was a one woman task - "SUSAN LOCKHART". In my opinion, done in order to allow the Mayor to control the votes in council and ensure that the Goooooood Ole Boy politics could return to full strength.

I could be mistaken, maybe thats how the newspaper is operated. I guess
they were not pleased that I wasn't commenting on someone they dislike so there fore they removed my blog. I guess someone has a connection so coverups are possible. Fact is fact and I think that the people in America are starting to wake up that there is corruption everywhere and this includes the media. Why the coverups for the Mayor and the Cheif?

Mrs. LOckhart was a one woman show with the letter but there were certain other committee people who got on through the Lockhart brigade who were
also pushing for republican and unendorsed Democrats running. This only shows that they ran against good committee people bumped them out so they could put in garbage. BUT THESE FINE CITIZENS ( NOT ) WILL TELL YOU THAT OTHER PEOPLE WERE CONTROLLING EVERYTHING ( BAH HUM BUG ).
