It comes as no surprise that Brentwood is the 10th Most Affordable place to live in the USA!!!
Why?
Great schools: Small elementary schools within walking distance from home. Great high-school. Great teachers.
Great park: Located within walking distance.
Great housing stock: 1930's to 1950's high-quality construction housing in a true-neighborhood environment.
True Main Street: Brentwood is bisected by an ancient Indian trail, now called Brownsville Road. Brenwood has three Main Street Business Districts: One near the City, One in the Government/Educational Core, and One at Brentwood Town Center.
Walking Community: People come from sidewalkless communities to walk along our Brownsville Road. Coffee shops, eateries, and pleasant surroundings make exercise fun.
Politics: Well, in Brentwood, it's small enough to easily partake in government. You can knock on every registered voters door in less than two weeks. Brentwood was once called a "political petri-dish".
Great businesses, convenient shopping.
You are minutes away from downtown without all the hassle of City of Pittsburgh living.
Many call Brentwood the "best kept secret". Now that the words out, I'm worried!!!!
Whether a single person, family, or retired, Brentwood is a nice place to live.
